Where did Franzen go?
Defense way to slow
We have only made couple good hits on there players, we are letting them control the game. Game is over in my eyes, matter of fact we are done in this series. I predict they win in 5 games. Pathetic

if lids retires, smith will take his spot. if stuart leaves, kindl will take his place.
if homer leaves, nyquist will replace him. no way he acquires anyone

Name the softie he let in. The blown coverage play or the deflection off our own player to the guy wide open on the other side? Neither are soft to me.Once again Wings can't win a playoff game when the other goalie is hot as our goalie has to give up a softie. Series set match! Not that I thought the Wings were ever gonna win this series in the first place.

Can anyone honestly question Lids retirement now?
regardless of his play, he is going to go because Homer won't be there.

There is no point forcing OT b/c we all know what happens when the Wings play postseaon OT games!
I say a chant from the fans start Fire Kenny Fire Kenny Fire Kenny! Or how about Fire Babcock!
Oh how cute, this clown shows up all the sudden. haha

Like I said above, it's too late.
I said that in the middle of the home winning streak - it was all smoke and mirrors and puck luck.
This team has been two players short all year, did absolutely nothing but stupid s*** at the deadline and is going to lose the best defenseman in franchise history to retirement and there is absolutely NO ONE available to take his place.
Next season is going to be a LOONNNGGGG season...the Central is going to remain tough, and the Wings will be entering a rebuilding phase right during it.

Wouldn't skating away from your net count as a softie?
Not to mention, he lucked out that other goal didn't count when the ref "lost sight of the puck"
