Wow, that was one embarrassing period...
Pav and Hunk together only on pp... get them together permanently with Gus, the rest - just grind!
Yes finally. We don't score anyways mine as well throw are best players together. Gus is better than everybody (up front) not name datsyuk, zetterberg, and filppula. Bobcock figure it out or get out!

We're have one of the top five power plays in the playoffs. Meaning better than 11 other teams in the playoffs. I understand your frustrations but please stop making s*** up to ***** about.
4 for 23.
If you're satisfied with that enjoy mediocrity.

Gettin eliminated in the first round will be best for this team. Maybe Kenny can attempt to look a little harder for the missing pieces this time..so we don't get embarrassed again.
You want to bet anything on that??
Holland will not do anything significant this off-season.

Remember how many people on this very forum said "Hey....once we get into the playoffs it's a different story". No scoring at the end of the season.....no scoring IN the playoffs. I think some people just have a hard tine adjusting to what the post season USED to mean before the Cap and what it is now. When teams started turning it on, we struggled to score.
To be fair, that has been the story for the past few years
"To whom much is given, much is expected."
"Play them six times, they might win four, but not this game. Not tonight."
"Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard."

Then Ilitch should do something significant and fire him.

Agreed.
It's time for some new blood in the Front Office.

I don't agree. One of the only ways they're going to get goals on Rinne are from the angles. They've got to get him moving.1334967768[/url]' post='2293859']
agreed on Nyquist, he looks awesome.
Lidstrom stop with the shot off the boards already, especially on the road.

"He even ate with women who at that time were accorded the same status as the family donkey. Are we willing to break bread with, say, child sex slaves, transgender teens and undocumented workers? Because when Jesus comes back to Earth, that's where he'll be hanging."
You can easily judge the character of a man by how he treats those who can do nothing for him.
Money on the Board - 100 bucks on the base. From here on, one buck per puck IN goal, win or lose!
Total right now: $108.

Wings have no swagger and the Pens finding theirs=my nightmare!Pens just scored.
That's a team that has a chance to come back in the series. They actually play with spirit, whether you hate them or not.

nobody is satisfied, but apparently nobody else's powerplay is much better so the pp obviously isn't our biggest concern...of which we have many.

Why doesn't the pp try an overload setup or set up Datsyuk behind the net like Gretzky used to do?
That would involve coaching during the game for Babcock

I also don't quite understand why the coaching staff seemingly can't adjust. These lines are stagnant and Babcock keeps them the same. The PP has been atrocious for months and nothing has changed. Defensive coverage breakdowns and turnovers keep happening repeatedly.
Put Pavel and Z with Nyquist or Cleary for starters. Franzen has no desire to show up - quit wasting Pavel alongside him.

Because Trashville is playing a triangle around the net and the Wings can't seem to miss legs and/or hit the net with any of their shots.
