Love the way the Kings are playing. Can they go through the #1, #2, and #3 seeds to get to the Cup Final? I don't see any other team playing as comfortably as Los Angeles right now... everything just looks fluid. Even when Quick isn't totally on his game, everyone looks confident.

In fact, the only thing I don't like about watching the Kings play is when the piercing voice cues for the "GO, KINGS, GO" chant starts. It doesn't seem to matter what the volume level is at, that voice cuts like a dagger to the ear.

Kings are kicking ass. Love this. This year's Blues fan is just about as bad as previous year's Blackhawks and Penguins bandwagoners. Some real s*** talkers. Can't wait until they get swept...

Quick for conn smythe
Think for yourself. Question authority. Throughout human history as our species has faced the frightening, terrorizing fact that we do not know who we are or where we are going in this ocean of chance, it has been the authorities, the political, the religious, the educational authorities who attempted to comfort us by giving us order, rules, regulations, informing, forming in our minds their view of reality. To think for yourself you must question authority and learn how to put yourself in a state of vulnerable, open mindedness, chaotic, confused vulnerability to inform yourself.

Blues in 3.

Sweep those f***ers, if they get embarrassed enough maybe those Blues fans that magically post at specific bandwagon'ish times might learn what humility means.

Um, after this year the Preds team is going to get broken up. The Preds aren't a rising beast. LA is doing something special right now. Imagine it, they could knock off 1, 2, and 3 seeds and win the cup as an 8 seed.

It's amazing how LA hasn't really had to deal with much adversity, knocking off VAN in 5 (coulda easily been 4) and now about to knock off the blues in 4. Unbelievable. I never believed in the blues, but I believed in the Canucks lol.
U GUYS ARE FUKIN ANYOING IM GONNA COME DOWN THERE AND KILL ALL YALL THE ONLY THING THAT SAVED UR TEAM WAS OSGOOD AND OSSGOOD SUKS 2 JUST LIKE UR WHOLE FUKIN TEAM I HOPE U HEARD THIS AND THINK CAUSE ALL I GOT TO SAY TO U IS UR A BUNCH OF FUKIN IDIOTS BARONS A HOOSER CUSE HE WENT TO UR TEAM AND I HOPE U GUYS SHOULD SEND UR TEAM TO ANOTHER CITY CAUSE U GUYS ARE A BUNCH OF FUKIN WHINERS GO CANUCKS GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! --- A canucks fan on stltoday.com

This was so funny I had to set it as my sig.

Part of me would love to know how cprice feels about all of this.

A bigger part of me is glad that this curb-stomping by LA has kept him away.

Kings, Lakers and Clippers all looking to make a long playoff run.

Some serious scheduling conflict there, lol.

Not for the local networks it won't. Tv schedule priority as usual will go something like this:

Lakers, Clippers,...............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................kings.

It definitely is looking like a good trade, which is good because I'm still bummed Simmonds is no longer on the Kings. Such a great young player.

And honestly the team got better without Jack Johnson, though the Carter trade has hardly paid off so far.

Richards had the Gordie Howe hat trick last night, by the way.

Yep. This pretty much says it for me. I don't even dislike Hitchcock. I just can't remember a time when I thought their team had any class.

"He even ate with women who at that time were accorded the same status as the family donkey. Are we willing to break bread with, say, child sex slaves, transgender teens and undocumented workers? Because when Jesus comes back to Earth, that's where he'll be hanging."
You can easily judge the character of a man by how he treats those who can do nothing for him.

Money on the Board - 100 bucks on the base.  From here on, one buck per puck IN goal, win or lose!

Total right now:  $108.

Thinking the same thing.

If they made it to the finals honestly Brown would be an equally good candidate. They've both been awesome.

Brown is so in the Blues head right now. He draws penalty like Maltby used to. Totally willing to take a crosscheck or a punch to the face in order to get his team a power play. He's driving them crazy, throwing big hits, and scoring.

Brown is diving all over the ice, worse than the sedins, dk how that is conn msythe worthy.

I like what I see from the Kings this playoff season.

Hot at the right time? Yes!
Good goaltending? Yes!
Healthy? Yes!
Getting some puck luck? Yes!

The Wings got NONE of these things in their series against Nashville.

Brown dives, but he hardly flops like the Sedins.

I hate when he flops, but I have no problem with him getting into it with a guy and getting knocked down with a crosscheck as he doesn't retaliate.
