I recall an article in The Hockey News where they talked about his girlfriend. I was totally shocked and thought they made a mistake but after seeing that recent picture and those other pictures, I knew it wasn't the same girl. Besides the new gf looks quite a bit younger.

In the photo of Pavs with his daughter and Svetlana with the Stanley Cup and other trophies notice that Svetlana is as tall as Pavs with his skates on! Contrast that photo with this years NHL award photo where the woman that his with is a good 4 inches shorter than Pavs without his skates.

Wow. I thought it was Svetlana with more makeup than usual. I hadn't noticed the height difference.
Too bad. I hope they are all happy in their lives, even if Pavel and his daughter are on different continents now.

Unless Pavel has a wife & girlfriend, I don't think so. From an article about him taking The Cup to Yekaterinberg in 2008:

Not that I wanna talk to much about the guys personal lives but i heard from a good source, from the same town as joey mac in NS ( they actually run a hockey school in the summer) and i guess the big gossip in there town this past year was that Joey's wife went to Detroit to surprise him on valentines day and ending up walking in on him and his gf :S . I guess that Pictou was pretty bummed out to hear that, as he's the pride and joy there. This stuff probably happens all the time though!

I find that hard to believe. Isn't Joey's wife the reason he didn't go to Russia? I believe it was because she didn't want to live there. That kind of implies that they live together. I could be wrong, of course, but it would seem that if he declined the offer from Yaroslavl (yes, he'd have been on the plane) so that they could be together, that they'd... you know... be together.
