Good point. It's a good signing for Columbus. Solid D-man at a decent price, but for Aucoin?

Maybe his options were limited and compared to Phoenix he at least knew the franchise would be there next season?

I'm pretty sure if he had waited he could have caught on with a better team. Possibly would have manade less money but at least would have had a chance to go out on top.
