One-year deal worth $600,000. I can see him getting more playing time with Tootoo gone. Good to see him sticking around the NHL. He had a long battle with substance abuse and appears to be turning his life around off the ice. :thumbup:

Doesn't Tootoo have a battle with substance abuse too?

I'd love to have McGrattan, but that kind of player went out for Detroit with the great Aaron Downey.

Yeah, Tootoo has a history of substance abuse issues, as well.

I'd love to have McGrattan here, as well. To be honest, I'm happy he is sticking around the NHL.
