It would've been so odd seeing him leave NJ considering he's done everything and more in his celebrated career. It's not like he needs to pull a Borque.
Exactly, why tarnish your reputation as a franchise hero just for a few more $, when you're already a multi-millionaire? Glad he made
the right decision in the end.
