San Jose has a good team but their management is not on a successful path. The worst management is Phoenix, but the worst franchise is the NY Islanders. Anaheim and Columbus follow very closely behind. Nashville has excellent management but is stuck in a small market.
It's important to note that Anaheim and Washington each have 9 unrestricted free agents next year. Vancouver will have difficulty keeping their talent inside the salary cap. Alexander Burrows could be wearing the winged wheel! Also... Anaheim is not generating enough revenue to maintain big names like Corey Perry.
My prediction is Detroit will sign Alexander Burrows and Corey Perry next year. Rick Nash will be traded to the New York Rangers. Follow the money and it will help you make predictions.
