Tickets for the home opener Jan. 24 vs. Dallas and all 24 home games will go on sale Thursday at 1 p.m. As part of the Red Wings Thanks for sticking with us initiative, the club and Ticketmaster have teamed up for 35 hours of no fees for any regular season ticket purchased. From 1 p.m. Thursday through midnight Friday, tickets purchased at Detroitredwings.com, Ticketmaster.com, the Joe Louis Arena Box Office or by calling 313-396-7575 will be Fee-Free.

So it looks like the only thing the wings are doing to give back to the fans is waving processing fees for the first 35 hours. yippee

would have been nice if they did something along the lines of what the sens are doing

On opening night vs FLA, the Sens will offer free tickets to fans 14 & under, free parking and 50% off merchandise.

That would be superb! I could shave my beard and pretend im 14 lol. Also that article you quoted is very wrong, home opener against Dallas is January 22, not the 24th

Sens are clearly the classiest Canadian franchise. Always on the lower half of average ticket prices despite being playoff worthy, unlike their Ontario counterpart.
