Trading outside of the deadline is really not that common anymore, plus how many times have we missed the playoffs since 2002? I'm a firm believer that teams shouldn't trade just to trade, and considering our track record that method worked.
And yeah, when are people going to stop about Suter? He's not here, he's not coming, IT WAS HIS CHOICE. Get over it. Holland did what he could without venturing into the realm of financial stupidity to get Suter.
