McKenzie's saying that Redden won't be ready for the season opener vs. the Wings.
STL not sure when Redden will play in a game but it won't be in the season opener vs DET.

I feel like, were he to play tomorrow, he'd probably own us. That's kind of how our luck with such things goes, isn't it?
