My wife left the room about 10 min ago because I "looked very angry". I'm sure Holland has that same look....but he has a lot more $ in his checking account, because he chose to spend none of it.

Howard is just like let's get this game over with. But he's playing with more motivation than all of them. So sad.

 

would you not want this game to be over with if you were him, having to deal with the crap he's had in front of him tonight???    Its been atrocious.

Well, no point in staying up till the morning to watch this. You know the game is over when you're down 4-0 and your goaltender is your best player so far.

 

Not giving up on the team just yet, though. We have a lot of experience and a lot of skill, just need to remember how to use it and start fighting for that playoff spot.

wow ... just checking in and it is 4-0.  any chance we can revoke the CBA and send them back into lockout, I think I prefer that than this.

Anyone catch the look on Murphy's face when Keating said something like "there's no shame losing to a team this good"? It was quick but looked very much like a "what the f*** are you talking about?" face. Amusing.

A lot of guys didn't respond to Bowman and they got traded for being whiny, lazy assholes. Scotty was also the GM then. Now we have Holland, who seemingly doesn't have the stomach to make tough decisions in the cap era. Maybe we can bring Dave Lewis back. He was so nice. The players responded to him, right?

 

I didn't say that the players are not repsonding, it was on the radio today that there was a rumor going around that Babcock has lost something with the players....not hate, but the coach is ALWAYS the first to go...

 

Oh and just FYI, Mike Babcock is not Scotty Bowman....nobody is Scotty Bowman...there is a reason why Scotty Bowman has won so much.  If this continues into the 15-20 games, Renney will be head coach...

January 19th, 2013 I am officially done defending Cleary..I have stuck up for him in the past but I will do it no longer..he is hot garbage, slow and lazy..please retire with Homer.

 

If we play these guys 10 times with this lineup I`m not sure we win 2 of them

That's been the gamplan against the Wings for years, but in the past they've had the skill to compensate for their lack of size and speed.  They've been less capable of doing that with each passing season.

If I were him I would definitely want it to end. It's awful to see him like that though. I miss the 2000 wings I watched when I was a kid. (Yeah I'm young) nostalgia is a *****

Did we at least get credit for that shot at the end of the period? I'll take ANY type of glimmer of hope at this point. Our defense is complete & utter s***. You could watch the blues cross ice plays developing like a slow motion train wreck. Time for Hank to step up to the plate as the new Captain.
