Better than the opener. Still work to be done, but I think that shift for the Datsyuk goal was the first step in the right direction. Now if they can just turn the suck knob down on the special teams they might be in business.

Penalties in the third and Kyle Quincey namely. I'm not just piling on either -- Quincey and Smith were really rough together.

My musings :
1, Wayyyy better effort up front from our forwards
2.. Our D is shockingly slow
3. Our special teams are special thats for sure..maybe short bus special..or you can have the closest parking spot to the door special
4. Cleary is a plug and Babs just forces him on us.
