As a Red Wing fan, I've never been so disinterested in a game.

I'm very interested. This is a.ready a key game in our young season. Granted our offense is still Detroit, our defense is very exciting to watch and the evolution they have made since game one.

Chicago has only had 3 periods this season where they have failed to score; Seems we've only had 3 periods where we have scored.

Franzen has reached a new level of useless. A team that already lacks goal-scorers and the one they do have is checked out. As many questions as there were about the defense, the top-six is aging and slow.

We need Huskin's time, and Emmerton on the powerplay, they can't do any worse.

Kronwall needs to stop being a red-headed stepchild and actually command this powerplay properly. 

 

I know he's not Lidstrom, but he is filling his shoes and he needs to be a better quarterback on the point.  There's no sense of coordination on the entire unit.  

 

And we know the second unit is too useless and undermanned to produce, so I won't even go there.

Agreed. Kronner has to evolve that part of his game. The need is there.
