when did getting a 5-on-3 equal the kiss of death for this team?
back in the day it was almost an automatic score
though I will say it seems teams in general have gotten much better at defending 5-on-3 than they used to, and since they call them more frequently these days I guess everyone's had more practice at it

Watched enough hockey in my life time saying if you don't score on a 5 on 3 the % is against you winning the game. Maybe you should keep track too brah?

I guess because it hasn't happened to me, I just can't understand why Franzen laid there like he was dead and totally killed our 5-on-3.

Babs/Renney have to change the PP formations.. Datsyuk one on, Z on the other. Brunner on the wing, closer to the slot/circles. Franzen/Bertuzzi at the net.

They play without any selfconfidence out there. The Question is why ? Even without Lids they still got some of the finest players in their ranks.
