Think Howie's on the bench asking where the hell this team has been the last couple of games?

someone from the team has to be reading this forum! All of our whipping boys have been scoring tonight, except Quincey.

Mrazek looks confident out there. Wasn't sure how this game was going to play out with the combination of a rookie goalie and two poor outings, but the Wings showed up.

don't be silly
. glad to see Brunner get the next one. St. Louis can't buy a bounce tonight, and that's ok by me.
Absolutly. But I know now why I'm carful with predictions.

Where's Bert?
Last time I noticed him he was serving the "to many men"-Penalty wich lead to the only Blues Goal. There wasn't anything else to notice about him so far.

Great game by Mrazek... he has made some big saves for us at key times. Also, I LOVE the way he handles the puck. Some might not realize it, but having a goalie be able to handle the puck like that helps the Defense a lot when coming back to get it.
Besides that, all around great effort by the Wings. Assuming things continue as is, this will be a huge win for the Wings given the fact that our bottom 6 have finally scored us some big goals and were a huge factor in our success tonight... we needed a game like this badly.

Where's Bert?
Good question. In all the excitement I totally forgot about him.

The guy had a big game against Minnesota.
Don't you know he only shows up once every three weeks? That's why I think Bertuzzi is a waste of a roster spot. Has one good game a month and disappears the rest of the time. Useless.

It's no secret why the Wings are up 4-1. Little power plays for both sides. Game gets into a flow. There is no better five on five coach then Mike Babcock. Period

I think the most surprising part of Brunner's goal was that Ericsson got a quick shot off from the point. He didn't get it through but it's good to see he's learning that he can't take that giant windup.
