Such a banal statement that doesn't even mean anything anymore. Franzen has done nothing that sets him apart as a target for criticism right now. If you actually watch the game, you'll notice he has some of the best hands on the team, can cary the puk up the ice, get the puck to the open guy, and make an outlet pass when he gets the puck.
But sadly if he isn't putting the puck in the net every other game people will always hate on him. He's been great this season IMO. not really lighting the lamp, but he is helping the team. The goals will come.

He starts out at half speed, that way he can maintain his slow stride all game long, by the end of the game he looks fast compared to the other wings lol

He is infuriating. I don't hate him, but I'm not his biggest fan at the moment.
I hate him, been saying it for years. I tried to respect him at the start of the season, couldn't do it, lol

He doesn't have to score to have a positive impact. But he can't forcheck, he can't back check. He's not the best at passing, and his netfront presence is hit or miss.
Since all he can do well is score, then yeah, he should probably score more.
