God I wonder what datsyuk could have done tonight with actually linemates

Well, the way I see it, three losses in a 48 game schedule is roughly the equivalent of 6 losses.

Babcock's lines are absurd, even with the injuries. The powerplay is sad. Let the best shot on the team Brunner play wing and hang around the crease, it's where he is getting his goals.

Emmerton has really improved since last season, good energy, working every shift. One of those games where you get 1pt when you deserve 2 Wings have been on the other end of that many times too sucks on this end. The way they responded after going down 2 early shows that they are a playoff team and when they are healthy i think it will turn around.

I wonder if we can que the mass exodus of Wings fans from these forums to the Blackhawks or Canucks forums yet.

This team is really emotionally depleting to watch. Flashes of brilliance backed up by pure stupidity. It would be one thing if this was the fault of the rookies but it's not.

Well, I should have said 3 losses in a 48 game schedule equals 5.125 games lost compared to a full length season.  I didn't want to do the actual math, but you went and made me do it, thanks!

I don't understand it either, he scored but I would score playing on Datsyuk's line eventually. He needs to have bottom 6 minutes, i would move Miller up, he works and goes hard to the net.

3 games? We're on a 4 game skid now.

The most frustrating part was seeing the Red Wings completely control play in the third and then Nashville gets two rather flukey goals after generating nothing at all. Pretty fortunate win for them and kind of fitting for the Red Wings fortunes lately with injuries and breaks.

They will win most nights with that type of effort. However, they have to do it more consistently now. The halfway point is quickly approaching.
