IMO injuries have done a great deal more in the time frame you mention!

Samuelsson came back for ONE GAME and is out AGAIN. "upper body injury"
Usually injuries don't bother me but honestly, what are we paying this guy for?
Guy is made of glass. SO frustrating.
Training for the team medics for when someone important gets injured.
Wings need some Ryan Pulock in the 1st round, a goal scorer in the 2nd round and rounds 3-7 all guys 6'4 or bigger. Please sign Dekeyser to play with Smith. <--Dekeyser signed, Paired next year. Mark your calendars.
Tootoo needs a partner in crime that plays like him on the other side of Helm. Oh hey, we have Mitchell Callahan. Problem solved.

IMO injuries have done a great deal more in the time frame you mention!
Injuries have done almost as much to derail the Wings the last three years as complacency has. Very frustrating.
Injuries are acceptable. Floating and just going through the motions are not for a professional.
