Eaves had a great opportunity there.
That's why we need snipers playing with Pav. So we have someone who knows what to do with the puck when Pav sets them up.
(I realize that Eaves doesn't play on Pav's line)

The last 6 penalties have not been penalties. So stupid. Refs are ruining a good game.

Ya it just showed the close up on a replay. It should only be a penalty if you take your hand off your stick and grab it.
Wings need some Ryan Pulock in the 1st round, a goal scorer in the 2nd round and rounds 3-7 all guys 6'4 or bigger. Please sign Dekeyser to play with Smith. <--Dekeyser signed, Paired next year. Mark your calendars.
Tootoo needs a partner in crime that plays like him on the other side of Helm. Oh hey, we have Mitchell Callahan. Problem solved.

I checked it back on the DVR and I think you're right.
It looks like the center ice ref calls the penalty. It's part of what makes the officiating so crappy. The refs standing 10 feet away don't call anything and the one at center ice thinks somehow he's got a better angle.
