I wouldn't mind sending Abby down and keeping Andersson up.
Edit: Not sure if Abby is on a 1 way contract, sorry if I'm wrong and this proposition isn't possible.

So the team can be weaker and worse defensively?

He is on a one way.

1 way or two way contracts have zero barring on waiver eligibility.
