Franzen looks like he is back to being lazy and making sloppy plays. Made 3 or 4 bad plays in that period that either turned over the puck, killed a break out, or lead to the Wings stuck in their own zone.
Hopefully the team overall has more jump in the second period.

Tonight I'm more concerned with the Wings inability to win battles against the Oilers top line. I don't like the second line as much as anyone, but they're far from the low point of the game thus far IMO.

I can agree with that. Looks like the Avs game all over again, thus far.
