Our organization is either having a meltdown or a trade is in the works involving White and Nyquist.

Babcock meltdown seems more likely though.

Have you ever seen a dog staring at a fan? Just kinda sits there and tilts his head from side to side for hours. Either Babs is a mad genious, or...

OR...

“We have a game today. They have to be desperate for points and we have to be desperate for points,” Babcock said. “Our road record isn’t good enough. We think we’ve done lots of good things as a team of late, and yet, we’ve won when we give up one (goal). When we give up two (goals) we haven’t won, so we have to continue to play well without the puck, and we have to find a way to generate offense. Our power play is 19th in the league at home and it’s 0-fer on the road, so we have to fix that, and just continue to get better.”

“We just got Franzen back a few games ago and he’s turning around, and the difference between him and Fil, Fil was able to skate while he was injured, so obviously that’s a big boost for us,” Babcock said. “For Z to have someone to go with and (Pavel) Datsyuk to have someone to go with I think that’s real important. We’re average to say the least without those guys.”

Filp is in the lineup tonight! YAY

Feel free to prove me wrong, Flip. Feel free......

AND WHY THE HELL WOULD THEY TRADE NYQUIST??!! :plain: If that's the case, they better be getting something really REALLY good for their idiocy..

How does Flip have to prove you wrong?

Yeah cant see a trade happening with Nyquist, unless its a block buster. People complained about the lines, now they are mixed up people assume trade  But who knows???? I heard they are going after Byfuglien hard

Ok I am over the craziness and ready for a good hard spanking by the Wings! I would prefer that said spanking be directed toward the Flames, but beggars can't be choosers so I'm willing to take one for the team. LGW!

Wings 6 (Brunns, Pav, 2 for Gus just because, Miller Time, and Helm by telekinesis), Flames 3 (the aforementioned Hudler Hattie in the 3rd period).

Here's to 2 points in regulation, ladies and gents!

Do you have a source for the Byfuglien trade? I for one wouldn't mind him here, give us some more size and snarl on the blue line, or we could move him back to forward and park him in front of the net.

I could tell you as someone who lives in Winnipeg that none of Wheeler, Kane, Buff, Ladd, Little, Bogosian or Pavelec will be traded this year. Doubtful that Enstrom will move either, but there's more of a chance that he'd move than Bogo or Buff.

Side note, still 13:20 left in Habs/Sens game. They better wrap that up before the Wings game starts.
