From the 5 or 6 Phoenix games I've watched this year, OEL has looked like the best defenseman in the league. Mind you I haven't seen much at all of Letang or Karlsson.

Nobody's seeing much of Karlsson right now. The fans of the Nordiques 2.0 will like this signing.
