So...who else was positive Marleau would score there?

Sadly, me. I got up and started walking away saying that Marleau was going to win it.

Howard can't stop falling flat on his ass during a shootout/breakaway to save his life

I covered my eyes at first but I knew it was pointless.

That five hole should deduct .55M from his annual salary on this new contract lol.

Even Ken thought that. The way he called it was like "Marleau is up...and he's got it" in a complete deadpan tone.

Boy a big guy like Burns went down pretty easily there  :glare:

They seem to really favor that area behind the net to do their jackknife specials.

"He even ate with women who at that time were accorded the same status as the family donkey. Are we willing to break bread with, say, child sex slaves, transgender teens and undocumented workers? Because when Jesus comes back to Earth, that's where he'll be hanging."
You can easily judge the character of a man by how he treats those who can do nothing for him.

Jimmy is so bad at shootouts. Sigh.

He's 6th among active goalies that have more than 70 shots against. Try again.

It's not that hard.

Not a good game. Unfortunate break that Nyquist couldn't get the spinarama to go, but thems the breaks. Howard has nightmares about the Sharks, thank god we're moving to the East because we just can't beat those guys anymore. Gotta move on quickly, gonna be in tough tomorrow against the Hawks.

Carey Price can actually stop "real" breakaways, though.

Hate losing in a SO when points are this important. Both Brunner and Nyquist had nice moves but they are too low % moves. Sharks players had the right idea, simple moves, things they're comfortable with.

Well we could use a win tomorrow. Good thing it's only Chicago we're facing.

...what a season... sigh.

REALLY hate watching the guys actually put in a good solid effort tonight and then lose like that.

I'd like to hear someone stand up and guarantee this team makes a playoff spot. Maybe someone like Hank who won't let the streak be broken on his watch as first year as captain. Even if they don't make it, this team needs a spark and they really don't seem to be playing with one.

Quincey was even worse. I wouldn't mind Colaiacovo getting in tomorrow. The Red Wings are really struggling getting out of their zone and he moves the puck pretty well. I've given up on Ian White.

Howard steals a point, was skeptical of him before this season but he is the real deal especially with that laughable D in front of him.

Brunner thanks but no thanks can't even do the one thing you are suppose to be good at.

Beat Chicago or it may be night night
