Bert has had and still has Jacked up back and leg which was preceded by mono and NO games at NHL speed this year! Impossible for him to be in playoff game condition. I sure hope he sparks us and Has a great game but even in great shape he has always been prone to laZy hooking penalties and turnovers with those patented 1 arm passes. To add on top of that, Bertuzzi purposely didn't try to get cleared on Wednesday last week because he wanted to push himself harder once more. It sounds like Bertuzzi has absolutely tried to push his back as hard as he can, without actually being in a game. He said that he made people cross-check him, give him jabs at the lower back, work him in the corners; if he can stand all of that, i'm sure he feels comfortable in the game. That's not to say that he doesn't get destroyed early on via a hard hit and it flares up. Doctors have cleared athletes forever when the athlete says they are good to go, only to see that athlete end up struggling or getting hurt immediately upon his or her return. The Wings need to give him a few shifts in a game to see how it goes, so him running with the 4th line in practice makes sense. Babs can always switch up the lines mid-game. Which would be OK if we were one of those teams that likes to do its damage below the hash marks, as opposed to our *pass-pass-pass around the perimer, pass-pass-pass some more, OH BOY HERE COMES THE BOOM [insert a wrist shot so weak and slow it actually makes you cringe] etc.* routine. meh! You are a robot. EDIT: I mean that was me with the semen thing. Not the concert. Though I do write and perform music. I also enjoy long walks along the beach. Sunsets as well?
