Don't normally post in GDT, but just hoping for a solid game. Need better puck movement out of our zone. Attack them, an make life difficult on their D. We can win this game if we take care of the puck.

To all So-Cal Wings fans who are going to the game tonight: We expect you to be LOUD! Make this a home game.

This one is more relevant because it's at Honda Center and in the playoffs

Good rule of thumb is always take an octopus everywhere. Better to have one and not need it than find yourself thinking, "Damn, I wish I had that octopus".

I got a good feeling about this one.  We will leave Anaheim with a split.

I love Bert but Bert for Tootoo is shaky move!!!

Bert has had and still has Jacked up back and leg which was preceded by mono and NO games at NHL speed this year!

Impossible for him to be in playoff game condition.

I sure hope he sparks us and Has a great game but even in great shape he has always been prone to laZy hooking penalties and turnovers with those patented 1 arm passes.

I still think Toots is scared to play his game entirely for fear of penalties and riding press box next game.

Lets go Bert and Wings!!!!

Bert played seven games this year and I'm pretty sure he scored two goals in one of the first ones.

I am very happy to have Bert back in the line up.  I think he will graduate at least one line this game if he doesn't tweak anything.  And I bet the ducks are not too happy about his return.  ALL HAIL

BERTHOVEN!!!

GOOD BOY!

Seriously, of any player we have in reserve, Bert has the best chance of being a catalyst to a win, imo.

With the exception of a certain #43 if he were able to go.  He would definitely be the jet-pack this team could use.

Go Wings!  Split the series to come back home!

gee I sure hope the Rangers-Caps game goes to OT, that way we can miss the 1st period tonight just like last game

anyway, like the earlier posts said, hope Bert has plenty of adrenaline in the tank

and that goes for everyone else with a Winged Wheel on their jersey, too

Let's go Wings!!!!!

We don't know how long it is going to last, but i'm sure the doctors wouldn't have cleared him if they sensed that it would act up immediately. To add on top of that, Bertuzzi purposely didn't try to get cleared on Wednesday last week because he wanted to push himself harder once more. It sounds like Bertuzzi has absolutely tried to push his back as hard as he can, without actually being in a game. He said that he made people cross-check him, give him jabs at the lower back, work him in the corners; if he can stand all of that, i'm sure he feels comfortable in the game. That's not to say that he doesn't get destroyed early on via a hard hit and it flares up.

Doctors have cleared athletes forever when the athlete says they are good to go, only to see that athlete end up struggling or getting hurt immediately upon his or her return.

The Wings need to give him a few shifts in a game to see how it goes, so him running with the 4th line in practice makes sense.  Babs can always switch up the lines mid-game.

Don't take it from fans on LGW, take it from his peers. NHL players have spoken and they think Tootoo is the dirtiest player in the league.

Get a clue already.

That was me! I'M FAMOUS!!!

Srsly tho, worst ice ever. I think we completed all of, like, eight passes in that game. Which would be OK if we were one of those teams that likes to do its damage below the hash marks, as opposed to our *pass-pass-pass around the perimer, pass-pass-pass some more, OH BOY HERE COMES THE BOOM [insert a wrist shot so weak and slow it actually makes you cringe] etc.* routine. meh!

You are a robot.

EDIT: I mean that was me with the semen thing. Not the concert. Though I do write and perform music. I also enjoy long walks along the beach.

Sunsets as well?

Why do they have to cut these broadcasts so close? 25 minutes to play 20 minutes of hockey (not counting breaks at penalties or set commercial breaks at stoppages)...
