Emery to Flyers for 1.65m one year deal

According to ESPN the Flyers have landed Ray Emery for a one year deal worth 1.65m. This cheaply fills their goalie void. What a steal for a guy who only lost a handful of games last season.

His record was indicative of the team in front of him. A Mason / Emery combination is a recipe for disaster in Philadelphia, seeing as they eat goaltenders alive there.
