Jedi 1,865 Report post Posted July 19, 2013 This one is a tough call to make, but I'm inclined to say that this is a topic that shouldn't be discussed here on LGW. Granted, the city's bankruptcy plans may well have a direct effect on the Red Wings, this story (and thread) are more a political issue than a sports/hockey issue, and as we know LGW is a "No Political Discussion" zone. If Detroit's bankruptcy filing/proceedings has an impact on the Wings plans for a new arena, it can (and already is) be discussed in the New Arena thread.
