Im gonna put the wings in the same category with the Devils and Florida. Boring games that offer little in the way of entertainment due to the nature of the organization the Bruins are playing against. These guys play a yellow, cheap assed, pick your spot game, cant stand their styleicon1.png.

They are good, but a poor team to watch play the gameicon1.png...

 it was pretty entertaining from where I sit.

I'm sure he is still learning the system. He did say it's totally different than what he's used to playing.

No doubt hes still learning the ins and outs, plus im sure they told him to take it easy as to not get hurt, because he will be a big part of our team this year.

But he won't be fully used to this teams quirks, and little abnormalities that make us great.

I do think hell be more timely with his goals as opposed to fil, but I don't expect him to hit his stride until mid season, if not later.

Which will be fine as long as hes in form for the playoffs.

Campbell in the sin bin for boarding (?). Not a good hit. Wings PP.

Nyquist hits the post. 2:23 left in game, 20 seconds on PP.

No score on the PP. 1:30 left.

Wings are just toying with them now. Bruins giving up and Wings skating circles around them, playing keepaway with the puck.

Do you remember the wings versus everyone in the 09' playoffs when we had hossa, where it looked like that every night until the last three games of the pittsburgh series?

Btw.

I'm new to posting here, not exactly new to visiting the site.

But every post I've seen from you, i like.

You know your hockey man.

Good on ya.

Liking it, not loving it. It's a hybrid "solution". Still a lot of chance for injury, which is what they were trying to avoid.

Anderson makes it 7-2. Poor Subban.

Can't quite figure out why they left the kid in for the whole game.

This is an aberration IME; Bruins fans are usually pretty cool and discerning. In all fairness, this was a beatdown for them, preseason or no. Emotions are running high.

Boston didnt even have some of their better players in tonight, next game will be a lot different animal

Though i agree tukka wouldve made it alot closer.

We also were without 2/3s of our second line.

Great game, not indicative of what well see in the regular season.

But i firmly believe the east just isn't used to seeing the skill we have.

We are old slow and decrepit, we have no skill... right? *crickets*

B-b-b-but I thought the East is a big, scary, monster that's going to steal our lunch money and fondle our women folk?

I know it's a preseason game and all. But I ain't afraid of no ghost.

Love the ghost busters reference, and you forgot to mention they are to pillage our village as well

whaaaaat? You really think that? Maybe the East homers are drinking that kool-aid..........anyone I've talked to in the East is talking about the winged wheel and how they're going to change the landscape.

Going to be an interesting season in the East............
