looks like nyquist andy tatar could be a regular 2nd line. i know it wont be but they hold their own. could be one of the best 3rd lines in the nhl

Ya hopefully this game solidifies Nyq being here full time.

How can Tatar and Nyquist both possibly not be regulars on this team?

What more do they have to prove? They are easily two of the best 12 forwards on the roster.

Exactly.

Ross is listed at 6 ft and 169 lbs.  And he's jawing at a guy who's 6'4" 220 lbs.

Actually Ross is one of my favorites.  He played with my OHL team the Saginaw Sprit.  Too bad he plays for Chicago. Grrrrr

Being in the Pacific time zone is so inconvenient. I've yet to catch a game :(
Thank god for the GDT

I went to the game tonight and I wondered, and I am reaffirmed once again that there is absolutely no place for Cleary on this team, especially at the expense of Tatar and Nyquist. If they play together with Anderson on the 3rd line all year, it will be one of the best 3rd lines in the league imo.

Zetterberg- Datsyuk- Abdelkator

Franzen- Weiss- Alfredson

Nyquist- Anderson- Tatar

Bertuzzi- Helm- Miller/Eaves/+++

I just have no clue why Cleary is on this team because there is simply no room. If Nyquist goes down, that is a JOKE!

Does Sammy count as a defenseman when he plays the point on the PP?  Because he's definitely awful.

It goes without saying that Samuelsson is worthless.

Just for comfort sake, I think it should be said a few more times

... none of which had any possibility of going in. One of them was a weak shot he put on net from the blueline through no traffic, and the other two weren't particularly impressive either. Nyquist, Tatar, and Andersson at least controlled play and had some good chances.
