55fan 5,133 Report post Posted October 14, 2013 Yeah, those of us who usually have to miss Monday games or have to get up in the middle of the night get ONE game in a decade, and the world implodes on those who are inconvenienced. Welcome to our world. I'm enjoying the single day of the planets aligning for me. Tomorrow the rest will be back to coming home from work for a game that I will be missing because I'll be working and things will be back to normal in the universe. Maybe a little back bacon? Oh Americans...always think people are copying you...lol First Canadian Thanksgiving - 1578. First American Thanksgiving - 1621. It did become a national holiday in the US first though. They also have slightly different meanings. The more you know...
