I know all the cool kids are talking about how crappy and old Bertuzzi is these days. But for those who aren't watching these games with their heads up their *sses, is anybody else really impressed with the old man this year?

He's been stellar. Fits great with Z and D because he can pass the puck, shoot the puck and stand in front and pretend to be Holmstrom.

Top line winger to Z and D is where he needs to be to be. Ideally he doesn't have the puck anywhere except the o-zone. He's pretty slow and turnover-prone, but with those two he makes it work because he's got skill and puck-protection skills.

I'm a Bert fan, so I'm loving it.

Dan Cleary, the master of putting himself in an awkward position in every play

what I've come to believe is his thought process:

'ok here comes the puck, time to spread my legs apart as far as possible while at the same time hunching over like a tired ogre, also better pull the stick as close to my chest as I can! boo-yah!!'
