Quincey and Kindl are both disasters. I don't understand how long they're going to get a free pass from Babcock.

Because they're over 25 years old and Holland can't trade them, especially if they don't play.

Dan Cleary is an Xbox 360.  While good for a while, it's time for the new generation to take over.

How's jimmy playing?

Sole reason this game is still 1-1.

So tired of seeing this lack of effort from Dekeyser and Kindl. Get Smith on the PP

Zetterberg and Nyquist's chemistry is off the charts, it's only too bad Nyquist can't finish on anything.

It'll come.  He started off hot when he got here, he just has been cold and not getting the bounces the past 10 games.  He works way too hard not to cash in.

How about Jimmy Howard?! HOLY s***! What a game he's having. The only reason this game is still 1-1. Wings really need to pull this one out for him. This would be a great win.

2 down....tied at 1....time for Nyquist to break out of his slump and get the Detroiter's some curly fries.

Absolutely. lol. Detroit caught a break there.

Someone's gotta clear the crease.  He's had enough of Brown by the looks of it.

Lovin' Sheahan's game as well.  Driving the net, playing solid 2-way game using his size and speed a lot.  Need more of that on the Wings for sure.

Mikael Samuelsson should seriously reconsider remaining a professional hockey player. Just missed an absolute wide open net off a beauty of a feed from Z. Ridiculous.

Sheahan is playing well, he and Jurco have big bodies, speed, energy, and crash the net. They are what this team needs. Obviously Tats is a solid player (rooting for him to be the next Datsyuk!). Nyquist has been streaky but he'll come around to be more consistent.

As tough as things have been, i do believe theres a light at the end of the tunnel.

Edit: i know Jurco isnt playing, but he is good, and should be.

Jurco scored tonight on a beautiful move. He's exactly the type of player we need right now with all these top 6 players injured.

I'm about done with Bertuzzi too. I wouldn't care if him, Cleary and Sammy were all benched when/if the Wings ever get healthy. Bertuzzi gets quality linemates, doesn't contribute much offensively and takes terrible penalties.
