Getzlaf x-rays negative on lower body injury. I predict a 1-0 win, Corey Perry KO'd (twice) by Tatar.

Despite last night I don't have high hopes for this one - we are decimated, playing second game of a back to back, and in the barn of the best team in the league statistically...

But lets go wings!

Is there a kickstarter campaign for Jakub Kindl to never play another NHL game?

Updated, used some of my creations from last years Photoshop War against the Ducks.

Looks like Getzlaf is in to play, i'm still confident we can pull out the W here.

Wings win 4-2

LETS GO WINGS!!!

You're missing Gustavsson on the depression chart.

I would be happy with a point tonight. Ducks are almost unbeatable at home and our situation is as it is. Gonna be a tough one for Mraz, hope he does well and gets some decent support. It would be good if we can keep the shots in the 20s or 30s and not the 40s like yesterday.

I RAN OUT OF ROOM!!

I fixed it, it's updated. Thanks for the info, honestly just overlooked it while making the GDT.

Just gotta stop their pp other than that the streak ends to Wings tonight!

Couldn't getzlaf relax tonight and take it off? Lord knows all our guys do. Can't catch a break

LGW! Hope they slept well last night.

Here's to the boys proving everyone wrong and getting Kronner a nice birthday win!

are dats and helm confirmed out tonight?

Pavel datsyuk is the best player in the world because he snatches the puck from unsuspecting players and  follows it up by the simultaneous undressing of the defence pairing. The goalie then gives up, and flops like a fish. The end result is a calm skate back to his bench  where he can bask in the praise of his multiple girlfriends from the motherland.

I believe this is the third time this season we're on the second night of a back-to-back in less than 24 hours.

My hopes are honestly not high, but they were not last night either.  I passed out after the 2nd and woke to a Cleary goal.  I thought I was dreaming, but it turned out to be real life.  Either way, I always watch.  LGRW!

No news as far as I can see on Helm/Datsyuk, but apparently Getzlaf didn't take the Ducks morning skate today.

Getzlaf is considered questionable but seems reasonably likely to play.

Datsyuk may be moved to the IR as the groin injury is apparently a bit worse than expected.

Helm appears to be a game time decision but likely won't play tonight either.

Doesn't sound like any of the injury-impaired coming back tonight for #RedWings

Can't wait to read the "Phoenix: I still think it's a hockey market" chapter of Gary Bettman's autobiography. I'm guessing it's going to be chapter 11.

Only good news is the Ducks played last night in Phoenix while the Wings basically just had to go across town to get to Anaheim. I don't think it will matter though and I'll be pleasantly surprised with 1 point for the Wings tonight.
