I must admit, that was one of the strangest goals I've seen in a long time. But it's nice that it went OUR way for a change. We're usually the victims of something that bizarre. Rather nice to be the benefactor for a change.

Boy did the Red Wings ever need a break and they got one. Feels great to get a win at home, even though it was due to a horrendous mistake.

Proud of this team still. They competed hard yet again and that's a positive with so many injuries.

Z and Jimmy were terrific. I thought this was the best game Nyquist has played in awhile. Riley Sheahan is beyond NHL ready and Glendening brings much needed energy. The future looks bright at least, once the spare parts on the roster are gone.
