I'm sof****** sick of this. I lived through the 80s please don't make me do it again

We got Yzerman in 83 and the team started to be pretty good late in the 80's..... I could live with that.

Except in the 80's, we'd be gooning it up right now with Probert and Kocur.

This sorry team can't give its fans anything to root for or enjoy.

They keep giving us Tatar, Sheahan and Jurco and such, but then they come back with Cleary, Quincey, Kindl and Tuzzi. At least we get glimpses.

Wow, rough game. Glad I was out most of the night.

Are there any time tables on any of these injured players? Pavs might go Wed, and Weiss is out until after the Olympics. What about the others?

Maybe Kenny can steal some Russians from the KHL. The Wings have a history of stealing Russians from their native land, so this should be doable.

That's why they don't give up leads. They play 60 minutes.

Ruthlessness. The hallmark trait of all good Hitchcock teams.

maybe he can lure Kovalchuk back over

git 'er done, Kenny!

the ruthless thing also counts for his attitude towards buffet tables

What an entertaining game - 60 minute game, 20 minutes of which is spent watching the Wings just trying to get it out of their zone. These guys must be really predictable, because the Blues seemed to know everything the Wings were going to do ahead of time.

This one hurts. I really thought we could take this one. :/

I set my expectations for this month extraordinarily low. You should've done the same. Use your head next time.

Yep. He's like 35 and an underachiever, so he'd fit in perfectly.

But is he completely non-physical and made of glass?

Yeah, Datsyuk was supposed to be day-to-day as well :/

What a depressing game to watch. They lure you in with chapter one, chapter two goes something like "blah blah blah" and then when you turn to chapter three the pages are all blank. It's my fault because I keep buying the books.

We also had a GM that could spend daddy's money with ZERO restrictions from the NHL. However, since the salary cap has been reduced, I think we're seeing Holland is not the god he was made out to be.
