Every time they commentate on quincey I imagine them doing air quotes, Quincey, with "a shot."

Eaves line has been our best this period. And Kronwall almost killed Shaw

...and just as I rant, they tie it up, but seriously, I think we are all tired of this crap and are all in pain watching the Winged wheel play in the basement...

Absolutely sick of it but that doesn't mean get all emotional and knee-jerk and fire the coach and GM like you said.

"The leader must never close the gap between himself and the group. If he does, he is no longer what he must be. He must walk a tightrope between the consent he must win and the control he must exert."

When asked who won, Babcock said, “Well it doesn’t really matter as long as you don’t lose. It’s like going bear hunting, you take a slow guy with you in case the bear is hungry.”

Wow what a period. Hawks aren't going to be happy about giving up that lead to our farm team.

I've seen a lot of us having a great first then not following it up

My only fear now is that the 'hawks might actually take this game seriously now.

"If I were to wish for anything, I should not wish for wealth and power, but for the passionate sense of the potential, for the eye which, ever young and ardent, sees the possible. Pleasure disappoints, possibility never. And what wine is so sparkling, what so fragrant, what so intoxicating, as possibility!" - Kierkegaard

It does seem like we fall apart in the 2nd period quite often.

...not to burst your bubble, but even though we are loving how good Jurco, Sheahan and the likes of Eaves are playing, the sad reality is, when Wings get healthy, they will ALL be back in GR, even Eaves.  Can't waive Bert or Sammy or Cleary now can we...

Kronwall always seems to be looking for a big hit against the Hawks. I like it. That would have been a beauty.

We played well enough, but wow, that Cleary-Helm-Bertuzzi line.... whatever plan Babs had with that, it's not working. 2 goals against already and I think there could be more.

At least we got rewarded with some goals of our own. Tatar-Sheahan-Jurco is a good line, and the 4th line is the best we've had in a while.

Best period from Eaves in a long time. Always liked him and happy to see him get rewarded. They responsed well after going down 2-0. Thought it might get pretty ugly, but to their credit, it's a brand new game.

Can't keep Cleary and Bertuzzi together, though. Already been on the ice for two goals against and you know something else bad is bound to happen.

Quincey, if you're going for the tip, it's gotta be harder than that.

That's what SHE said.
