I truly think this is a must win. Because I don't see them winning the next two games in Florida. Panthers just seem to have a hard on for the Wings this year and the Lightning are just the better team right now. Gotta win tonight.

I miss the days when the Wings were one of the top teams on face offs. We should start the get Draper out of retirement petition.

They should have waited a couple more days to announce it. The kid has been unstoppable since that roster spot opened up.

That's awesome. Should further his development playing with all the Swedes. Very happy for him.

@asktheduffer: #canucks have traded F Dale Weise to #canadiens for D Raphael Diaz.

Wonder if he'll play tonight?

I've given up on predictions with this team, so just play hard for a full 60 minutes and see what comes from it.

Canucks are going to be on fire, they've struggled lately and their coach has just come back.

...  play hard for a full 60 minutes and see what comes from it.

Statistically, very likely it would be a tie, and then loss in 5-round SO.

So.. I'd say, regulation win for a change as a reward for playing hard for a full 60 minutes.

Love the old school GDT graphics!

Read in the NHL.com comments that Tootoo was called up for tonight's game, can anyone confirm? I didn't see anything on the usual sources.

I've been thinking they need to make him face off coach.

I'm incredibly frustrated knowing how many points they've left on the table with their shootout losses this season.

And their godforsaken injury woes.

On a related note: I heard Z's out tonight...?

You know what'd be cool? If we didn't have to go the rest of the season without our best players because they're old and injured. Then maybe we could win some games. Call me crazy, but that might just be a recipe for success.

EDIT: I misread an article. Z should be in tonight. My bad!
