Get it back on before the play continues for a while then.  It shouldn't have gone unnoticed until it cost a team a good goal, that's all I'm sayin'.

Maybe that's not how it works in the IIHF?  I don't know or they didn't see and replay shows it was?  It was only slightly off.

Good on Russia for not getting down about the no-goal. Good body language and such.

Yeah that's what I thought.  Great reasoning...

So what's the OT rules?  5 and a shootout like NHL?

10 and a shootout, I believe.

Man, the Russia jersey even has the red feathers.

Apparently Russia only has two forward lines, because I haven't seen anyone other than Datsyuk, Ovechkin, Kovalchuk, Semin, Redulov, and Malkin all game.

I agree, but you can add nichuskin to that list. He's looked good

I must've misread the replay. Looked like he knocked the net off, quite possibly on purpose. My bad?

It definitely wasn't on purpose.  He slid across the crease and stopped on the post, textbook goaltending, but he knocked the net off not even half an inch and play continued and it went unnoticed.

Datsyuk isf****** amazing.

I like this team.

Oh, Kane, you could have redeemed yourself of your awful play today.

I gotta admit...The Russian zip 'track jackets' with the 'R U' are pretty neat.

It's strange to cheer for guys you normally dislike, but I really like how Kessler has played today

I'm pulling for Patrick Kane.

I'm going to Hell.

He's a damn good player that's for sure.  No luck for him today, but he's been buzzing.  Great OT period for him.

I like this team.
