Regardless of who wins, its going to be utterly hilarious. Probably the longest the LGW ban list will ever be. Not to mention the all out photoshop war that will ensue to further the bragging. Was way worse in 2010 haha, everyone has pride in their countries. Some go over board, I know I can. But honestly haven't been as into these Olympics as 2010. Oh well, hopefully the men can get the job done tomorrow. According to the girl between the benches the Referee had warned both benches that there would be 0 tolerance on slashing at the goalies, It had happened to that point too many times on both goalies. I also think the ref was in a bad position when she made the call, from behind the goalie the "slash" looked bad, from in front you could see she just tapped her pad. I don't think it should have been a penalty but it was still stupid of Lamoreaux to do when they had been warned just a few minutes before. You Canadians must love it...we big bad americans cheated you out of a gold. If you didn't hear that story then you haven't watched the Olympics. Kid It wasn't Canadians that accused the US and Russia of cheating on that one, it was a well respected French news outlet that accused them before it even happened. I'm sure some Canadians cried foul when the report came true, but I don't think most Canadians know the first thing about Ice Dancing (myself included). I can't say which team was better, they both looked the same to me but for a long time the whole sport of figure skating has seemed corrupt. In fact today its South Korea claiming the Russians conspired to steal a medal from them. Not sure what that has to do with Hockey though.
