Milbury just said Price has the edge in net because of his experience in big games.

Um what? Pretty sure Quick has more of those under his belt.

Me too.  I am at work, undoubtedly watching the game, putting it on the 70" in fact.  But I'd MUCH rather be at a bar, only, I have no idea what bar I could go to where other people might or might not be watching the game.

I am wearing my USA Miller jersey today.  Somehow the Rafalski jersey didn't make sense.

Personally, I would allow it.  Rocking the 2002 Cheli Team USA jersey at work myself.

Can someone inform Team USA there's a whole other side of the ice?

Can't wait to read the "Phoenix: I still think it's a hockey market" chapter of Gary Bettman's autobiography. I'm guessing it's going to be chapter 11.

What's the point in owning the rights to the Olympics if they won't show it on their main NBC channel? Instead of a paid commercial program? Really bummed about missing it. Sent from my ADR6350 using Tapatalk 2

That's a good point, I think it's because they have their heads firmly planted somewhere.

Still, can't you stream it?

Good luck to both sides, and remember, a lot of us are Americans, and there are quite a few Canadians here as well, but in the long run we are all Red Wings fans. Be mindful of that and respectful to each other as such, once this is all said and done we all pull for the same team and all still have to get along with each other (for the most part).

Mods will be monitoring this thread as the game goes on, and still maintain that crossing the line from sportsmanship and friendly banter to viciousness and personal attacks will lead to warnings and/or suspensions. Let's keep this a fun event for everyone here, thanks.

Unfortunately, no. I use 3G on my phone, don't have internet and streaming would kill my wallet. And I only have over the air TV. Seems like a stupid decision for NBC to make.

Great shift from Kesler's line. Both goalies look sharp so far.

Anyone else in awe of the sheer skill possessed by these two teams? These are unquestionably the two best teams in this tournament

USA PP.  I really should have taken today off.  I'm useless at work.  Can't scream.

Were the Red Wings running that PP for USA? No zone time, shots and horrible entry.
