Nevermind 363 Report post Posted March 4, 2014 (edited) 14 years after they traded for him the first time around. Is there an application I can fill out to become Vancouver's next GM? Edited March 4, 2014 by Nevermind
haroldsnepsts 4,826 Report post Posted March 4, 2014 Feel the same ... He's where he wanted to but I can't help but feel sorry for him In a way cause he will never win the cup there Agreed. I was never much of a Luongo fan but I feel bad for the guy after how he's been jerked around in Vancouver. He's certainly partly to blame with that contract but the whole situation with Nucks has basically ruined his career. 2 nyqvististhefuture and Wings02 reacted to this
WorkingOvertime 536 Report post Posted March 4, 2014 I don't even know what they are thinking, it puts them in a s***ty place to make a trade because every team knows they will full court press for a new starter. I think Lack will start the rest of the season unless they alrady have another deal in place.
Detroit # 1 Fan 2,204 Report post Posted March 4, 2014 Matthias and Markstrom is actually a pretty good return for Loungo, until you factor in the Schnieder trade in the summer and Gillis just looks like an idiot. 3 MidMichSteve, Wingsfan72 and nyqvististhefuture reacted to this

haroldsnepsts 4,826 Report post Posted March 4, 2014 James Duthie @tsnjamesduthie 22m Roberto Luongo confirms he has been traded to Florida. Signing papers right now. #Tradecentre 14 years after they traded for him the first time around. Is there an application I can fill out to become Vancouver's next GM? If you can complete a basic job application you may very well be overqualified. 3 Wingsfan72, Nevermind and MidMichSteve reacted to this

rrasco 1,312 Report post Posted March 4, 2014 Darren Dreger @DarrenDreger 59s Was told...at one point there were at least 3 different trade scenarios between the Panthers and Canucks. Sounds like Luongo knew yesterday. Elliotte Friedman @FriedgeHNIC 50s Luongo and Steven Anthony for Markstrom and Matthias. Canucks are picking up part of the salary....will be finalized after trade call
