Fonzarelli 73 Report post Posted March 15, 2014 The wings were very lucky tonight. This was one of the worst efforts ever. Babcock has no clue how to get these players untracked. I know a lot of you love him with his 2 gold medals, but seriously, he can't teach them how to set up a power play. Even Legwand has become invisible under Babcock's system. Why was Pulkinen not used in any one of those 4 on 3 power plays? Babcock just does not have a handle on his team. Over the years, many teams have had lesser than star quality players but they were able to play organized, efficient hockey. Not so with Babcock. Completely disorganized. I thought Alfie had a strong game when he was playing with Nyquist in the 1st I have no idea why babs switched that up because franzen had an awful game.
