Guest Playmaker Report post Posted March 14, 2014 Winnipeg Jets fans taunting an Islanders fan for saying their team sucks? *ROTFL* Nothing like the pot calling the kettle black.
jimmyemeryhunter 2,747 Report post Posted March 15, 2014 Who the hell taunts a child. "Hey, 8 yr old. We don't take kindly to your types around here." 3 Gordie Howe hat trick, nawein and Nev reacted to this
rrasco 1,312 Report post Posted March 15, 2014 That's cool. I do find it kind of odd that was a story to begin with (the kid getting hazed). Slow news day?
Datsyukian-Deke 722 Report post Posted March 15, 2014 That's the good thing about being a Wings fan in an away arena. We usually have enough supporters at the games so people have your back.

Stan's response: And we don't take types like you kindly! Great act by JT and I'm wondering if TNSE will give the kid a free ticket for another Jets game (doubt it but who knows). Anyways making fun of opposing adult fans is fine because it's part of the outhouse/inhouse thing but kids and families should be off limits.
Z Winged Dangler 2,082 Report post Posted March 15, 2014 Wow Winnipeg.....just unbelievable. I've NEVER seen anything like that at a Jets game EVER or basically anywhere in Winnipeg and especially not to a young kid likely there with his old man who paid the same amount for a ticket. I mean, when I went to the Wings/Jets game in November and was sporting both teams, I got made fun of pretty good, but i'm not a young kid and that was all in good fun, no outward hostility. Good for JT for being such an awesome professional.
