Wow..here comes the biggest, most important stretch of our season. I hate Pittsburgh and I hope each of their players gets a nice dose of irritable bowel syndrome. Time to step up boys. Save the season NOW. No excuses. No blaming injuries or bad refereeing. Just play your butts off. Here's to a win for a hungry and desperate team. GO WINGS!

It's gonna be a bloodbath in terms of us being scored on I think. Luckily I won't be able to watch it.

This game has me excited!!!
The Wings will set up and show the league that NO ONE will want us as a 1st round opponent.

Go Wings.
Curly fries tomorrow, thanks to Franzen.

Nah we'll be fine, we have Emdog

and Glendog.

it's a winning combination for sure. LGW!! hope we show up for this one or it could get ugly.

Not this big of an underdog.

I agree with this. I didn't expect to beat Toronto and I sure as hell don't expect to beat Pittsburgh. I think their forwards will be too much to contain tonight. I'm expecting them to score 5-6 goals. Hopefully I'm wrong though.

I'm kinda nervous for this game, I have no idea what to expect from the Wings. It's a different story with them every single night

game is on NHL Network. God I hope they use Ken and mickey and not the root sports idiots

I hope they use Kenny and Mike. I guess Renney would have to man the bench.

Every time I look at our lineup on paper I want to puke.  It's easy enough to ignore it during the game because you don't see all the names in the same place at the same time, but god do I hate seeing it listed.

Here's hoping they can ride Nyquist and "subtly interfere" their way to a victory tonight!

Why did you marry a Pens fan again?  That should be a dealbreaker 10 times out of 10.

I guess I should ditch my future wife then?

Staying positive tonight. Certainly no reason to do so, but that's my attitude right now. Crysby goes down with one of those nagging groin injuries that stretch from day-to-day into 3 weeks. Or-prick develops blurred vision and can't continue after crying so hard over an interference call that went against him. Malkin just quits out of frustration as Emdog and Glendog combine for 5 goals. Wings win 6-2, reviving all our hopes in one awesome upset victory! Or we squeak out a hard-fought 3-2 victory and all the injury stuff still happens to Pittsburgh. Either way, I'm happy. :busted_red:

Whether or not we can steal a win tonight depends on which MAF decides to show up. Lets hope we get the MAF from last years playoff series VS the Islanders. We need to get a couple back breaking goals to demoralize them.

If the shoe fits.  Sorry dude, I'm sure you love her and everything, but we've all got to make sacrifices in a season this trying.

All I want out of this game is to see Glendening make Crosby cry. And at least one point.

How? When Crosby sees glendening's play with the puck?

need howie to steal one.

Howard or whoever is in net is going to pretty much have to 'steal' games for us to make the playoffs. With our shaky defense, no lead is safe.
