Don't be stupid.

You're new, so let me break off a piece of advice for you. This is sort of frowned upon around here. Disagree all you want, Lord know I do, but don't act like this. It creates a combative atmosphere that has a tendency to spiral out of control. We don't want this forum turning into the comments section on Mlive.

Don't be stupid. The call was incorrect but I can see why it was missed. Plenty of stuff worse than that in this game alone. That being said, the only reason it was called back was because of the score.

You said not to be stupid, but then you allow the refs to make calls based on the score and not on the merit of the penalty?

Jimmy with two nice saves. Lots of average goaltending from him today.

Again, it is indeed possible for an average goalie to make nice, above average saves.

He lets in A LOT of bad/poorly timed goals (in addition to his lack of puck playing ability and rebound control).

And when you don't ignore half the information, we arrive at.....Howard Is AVERAGE!!!

Amazing how that works hey?

Look at the posts directly following Howard allowing a goal after a penalty shot, of all things. Then not a peep after he makes two huge saves to preserve a lead.

So far in this game he has been Osgood enough, right?
