Top player injured, Kyle Quincey costs us a goal. Yup.

"If I were to wish for anything, I should not wish for wealth and power, but for the passionate sense of the potential, for the eye which, ever young and ardent, sees the possible. Pleasure disappoints, possibility never. And what wine is so sparkling, what so fragrant, what so intoxicating, as possibility!" - Kierkegaard

Where I come from, what Quincey did was good defense, not interference.  Too many rules are ruining the game.

I bought some Maple Lea Tea.  It cost a fortune and didn't come with a Cup.

I rarely rag our players but would have expected Howie to stop that one....he never looked ready.

This is when we need Howard to really show some leadership and take the team by the balls like Z did last year.  That goal was all on him.

This is where guys gotta step up. It's not going to be easy but the whole team needs to will another W to the record. Hopefully Kronner is okay, I fear a seperated shoulder.

Hopefully Kronner is ok.  Not really fault to Koivu there, Kronner got off balance.

Q just got the same medicine he gave Parise and no PP for us.  Good stuff.

I like this team.

Yeah, I'll make you a bet he won't try that again!

Even if Tatar went alone, that's a penalty worth taking.  You've got to protect yourself.

Ya I hadn't seen the replay yet. Tatar looked like he was sorry cause it was accidental

I realize that some of these players going into the boards like they have been is somewhat fluky....

But at some point they have to start doing their best to minimize that kind of thing.

Like, "Hey, I'm skating towards the end boards with a guy right on my ass. Maybe I shouldn't bend over as far as I can trying to reach for the puck. Maybe I should prioritize standing up straight and just play the puck standing up."

Helm hasn't lost a stride, draws the penalty.

Franzen needs to get on that pin point shooting
