I hate Cooke as much as the next guy/gal but what’s up with that stupid “head-duck” thing Barrie pulls just before he gets hit? The side view makes it look like he’s following through on his pass but the head on view looks like he thought about ducking the hit? I dunno.

With all the weird body moves from Barrie, maybe this could have possibly been an accident?

Although, IMO, Cooke’s guilty until proven innocent.

Blatant knee from a dirtbag player who shouldn't even be in the league.

When you're lining a guy up and he moves out of the way, you don't flare your knee out wide and push off with your other skate.

It’s all true. I agree. 100%

I still think the ducking move that Barrie makes before the hit is weird.

Honestly it looks to me that he's ducking his head to avoid getting hit in the head. If you look where Cookes elbows are it's a good thing he did. I just do not understand this guy. Very good penalty killer can score 15-20 goals around the net, but continues to do stuff like that. Brutal knee to a kid who is starting to find his game and become one of the top D in the west.

Avs won in OT, wild fans complaining about refs. See we aren't the only ones..

Linesmen blew an offside call on the game winning goal, but yes, fans everywhere do complain about reffing.

The highlight for me has been seeing how many people over at hfboards don't have a basic understanding of how offside works.
