Firmly on #Lumbus bandwagon for this one as well.

GO JACKETS

Me too for 1 round.  This upset would be of epic proportions.

Dan Cleary is an Xbox 360.  While good for a while, it's time for the new generation to take over.

There is actually a trending #wearethe5thline by some BJ fan in anticipation for the playoffs. Shirts and such are being made and sold here in Central Ohio.

I am also of the CBJ cheering group and unless they meet the Wings will be cheering for them. This of course does not bode well for my marriage to the Pens fan. Oh well go BJ's.

Columbus plays a playoff style all year long.  They're plucky, get timely scoring, good defense and great goaltending.  If they skate hard and make Crosby work for his ice I think they could give the Pens trouble.  I'm rooting for them, but in the end I don't think they beat the Pens...unless Fleury is horrible.

That would make me feel sad for #Lumbus' fans. Their team qualifies for the playoffs twice in their history and then they get swept both times.

Brutal.

With Umberger + Horton out things will be hard but I think if Columbus can get under the Pens skin and Fleury pulls a Fleury they can win this.

I think that is the trick.  Getting under the skin of the Penguins is how you beat them.  That has been the case for the past few years anyway, not sure if that's changed.  If they get by CBJ and then face PHI in round 2, that team will do a very good job at getting under their skin.  It works very well on Malkin and used to work pretty well on Crosby....we'll see if that's changed.

The other recipe is a great goaltender or collapse by Fleury.

Some tough play in the first minute. Calvert is a player I would like on the Wings.

Columbus hits everything that moves.

Go BJs!

At this rate, even if the Pens win they'll be mush for round two.  The BJ's are punishing.

This is why I don't want the Jackets to win, should we win I dont want to face them later on.

Crosby has been on the ice for 2 goals against, I think.  The only reason the Pens are in is because they keep scoring on the PP.  And the calls against the Jackets have been super weak thus far.  In my opinion, the NHL reffing is the worst of all professional sports.  It's laughable.

NHL refs don't have anything on the guys over at the NBA.

Definitely weak calls on the Jackets but they probably came into the game knowing that they would get called for everything.

Jackets hanging in there considering the league obviously doesn't want them to win against you-know-who
